Job Description This is an opportunity to join RBCs Sustainability and Impact team as Manager, Impact Reporting and Analytics. The reporting function supports our increased need to understand the social and business impact of community investments distributed through our signature programs aligned to RBCs purpose framework. As a key member of this function, the role will drive the measurement, analysis and reporting for RBCs global community investment portfolio. What will you do? Reporting & Operations: Manage the end-to-end impact measurement and reporting process, working closely with thirdparty partners to ensure accurate and timely reporting Oversee the onboarding process of internal and external stakeholders to reporting solutions Collaborate with Systems team to streamline impact measurement onboarding and reporting workflows, driving efficiencies and improving user experience Build new reporting processes for financial tracking, impact measurement and adhoc KPIs as needed Partner with Systems team to enhance the Sustainability & Impact reporting studio across Donations and Employee Impact platforms Support annual disclosure reporting by quantifying the impact of RBCs community investments Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies; propose and champion solutions that improve process quality and stakeholder experience Data & Analytics: Deliver actionable insights and metrics to the Sustainability & Impact team for compelling storytelling and informed operational decisions Derive key insights for donation teams as a trusted advisor by transforming data into meaningful and actionable insights Assist with monthly reporting on Community Investment spend to donation teams and quarterly updates to the RBC Foundation Board of Directors Serve as the teams data expert, from dashboard design to translating business needs into analytical solutions by identifying patterns, opportunities, and insights within existing data that drive decisionmaking for donation teams & building to optimizing data management practices, controls and architecture Support adhoc requests as needed What do you need to succeed? Musthave Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience specializing in Business, Program Management, Analytics, Consulting, or Engineering 2+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or operations with demonstrated analytical problemsolving skills Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations Selfstarter who can drive impact, manage numerous initiatives at once, and rollup sleeves to execute with minimal supervision Strategic, critical, and analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to identify process improvements and opportunities Proven relationshipbuilding skills and storytelling skills; leading with impact and influence when engaging senior stakeholders Familiarity and experience leveraging data to create and design effective reporting and dashboards Nicetohave Understanding of concepts and processes related to data management, such as Critical Data Elements (CDEs), data architecture, data models, data lineage, data quality, data dictionary, etc. Experience with or knowledge of Agile and Design Thinking Software Development methodologies Experience with programming languages (R, Python/Java, SQL, etc.) Experience working in a large, matrix organization Whats in it for you?
