About The Role We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team on a temporary contract. In this role, you will support the successful delivery of IT and business transformation initiatives by coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, tracking progress, and supporting communication across teams and stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for a project professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and can contribute effectively to both internal and client-facing projects. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the planning, execution, and tracking of internal and client projects Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document decisions and action items Maintain project documentation, timelines, status updates, and deliverables Partner with cross-functional teams to support the achievement of project milestones Monitor project progress and escalate risks, issues, or delays as appropriate Prepare regular project updates and reporting for stakeholders Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to project administration best practices Ensure project records and documentation are accurate, current, and organized Skills and Knowledge Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams Working knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools such as Monday.com, MS Project, Asana, Planner, or similar platforms Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders OCM (Organizational Change Management) experience is considered an asset Education and Experience Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field 12 years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar project support role Experience supporting multiple projects in a professional work environment is considered an asset What We Offer The opportunity to contribute to end-to-end project delivery in a fast-paced IT environment.
