Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and creative Intermediate to Senior level Interior Designer (5 to 10+ years of custom residential experience preferred) for a full-time position. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills while having a warm, engaging approachable manner that fosters positive relationships with both clients and colleagues. Responsibilities include space planning, preparation of construction / detail drawings, procurement of goods, project management, installation experience and specifying FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). This position involves close collaboration with clients and the project team to ensure the successful execution of our design concepts and project deliverables. Qualifications Proficiency in space planning and interior design to create functional and aesthetically compelling environments Experience with architecture, including an understanding of structural elements and design principles. Skills in creating and interpreting construction drawings to accurately convey design intents. Familiarity with FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection and specifications. Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in relevant design software such as Revit. AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other industry-standard tools Compensation and Structure Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience Salary range $ 65,000 - $ 100,000 per year This position is ideal for a talented designer who thrives in a highly collaborative, client focused environment, enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through to installation.
