Understand better who we are by visiting www.systracanada.com. Context Systra is hiring for a System Auditor to support the Rail & Transit project in Ontario. Missions/Main Duties - Plan and execute systems and design audits for Integration & Assurance scope; - Assess compliance of processes, designs and deliverables with the Project Quality Management System and Alliance requirements; - Issue audit reports, non-conformances and observations and track follow-up actions to closure; - Support continuous improvement initiatives and lessons-learned activities; - Provide independent assurance input to Systems Quality Manager and the leadership. Profile/Skills - University degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related discipline; - 10+ years experience in rail / transit or complex infrastructure projects; - Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in Ontario or equivalent or senior systems/quality professional with relevant certification; - formal auditor training (e.g., ISO 9001 / ISO 19011 Lead Auditor) considered an asset - demonstrated experience in systems / quality audits, surveillance and compliance monitoring; - strong knowledge of Alliance quality requirements, Metrolinx / Owner standards and relevant international standards; - excellent documentation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills. The salary range of this role is between $100,000 - $140,000. The salary range provided below serves as a general guideline and reflects typical offers for this position.
