The Opportunity As a First Officer on the Embraer E170/190, you will operate in a multicrew, highperformance environment under CARs 705. Youll work closely with your Captain and cabin crew to deliver safe, efficient, and passengerfocused operations across varied weather, terrain, and highdensity airspace. What Youll Do - Execute all phases of flight in accordance with SOPs, regulations, and company policies. - Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management. - Operate in complex terminal environments and highdensity airspace with strong situational awareness. - Apply CRM and TEM principles to manage risk and support a just safety culture. - Communicate clearly with ATC, dispatch, maintenance, and cabin crew to ensure ontime performance. - Contribute to continuous improvement through training, feedback, and debriefs. Minimum Qualifications - 1,500+ hours total flight time. (Pilots who are close to the minimum may be considered based on overall experience and other factors.) - TCCA ATPL or successful completion of SAMRA and SARON exams toward the ATPL. - Valid Class 1 Medical. - ICAO English Level 4+. - Type rating not required full training provided (NTR welcomed). Preferred Experience - Previous jet experience in highdensity airspace. - Time on the E170/E190 or variant within the EJet family. - Operational experience under CARs 705. Training & Onboarding Comprehensive ground school, simulator training, and line indoctrination are provided to transition you smoothly onto the EJet platform.
