Digital Content Designer Job Title: Digital Content Designer Department: Marketing Position Details: Permanent, Full-Time Position Location: Yorkdale Shopping Centre, Toronto, Ontario Expected Compensation Range: $65,000 $100,000 annually Position Overview Are you a passionate digital storyteller with an eye for detail? In this role, you will inspire the creative and strategic direction of our digital ecosystem: from social media and website storytelling to campaign launches and product marketing. Responsibilities - Direct and produce high-quality video and editorial-style social media content, animated and static assets, product photoshoots and other creative assets for campaigns as required. - Develop and execute content for campaign and collection landing pages. - Use your unique style and creativity to enhance brand visibility. - Create high quality content and consistent performance, creating a cohesive, elevated visual identity across all digital channels. - Collaborate on marketing and visual branding strategies. - Lead seasonal creative updates on website and other digital platforms. - Support brand launches and in-store events with unique design content. Qualifications - Bring proven experience in content strategy and campaign execution, with the ability to develop strategies and tailored creative campaigns that elevate brand awareness and drive measurable impact. - Are both creative and not afraid to be handson: able to bring strong, unique ideas and confidently execute them, leading everything from shaping content strategy to writing, editing and producing multichannel content. - Are a strategic storyteller, able to craft compelling brand narratives that resonate with target audiences and deepen engagement. - Have a strong understanding of luxury brand standards and working within a compliancedriven environment. - Are a selfstarter with a high attention to detail and strong organizational and projectmanagement skills. - 3+ years experience in leading digital content, brand or creative roles. Experience with marketing in a luxury, fashion or retail capacity is a strong asset. - Educational background in Marketing or a related specialization is preferred. - Strong portfolio demonstrating highend visual work across motion video. - Handson experience with social media management, scheduling tools and online community engagement. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent programs). - Experience creating animated and motion-based content is a strong asset. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience with commercial copywriting is a plus. - Proficiency in English is required. - Qualified candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
