Your new role As the Project Manager of the large loss department you will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets, driving performance, and ensuring a superior customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: Managing large and commercial restoration projects from end to end Ensuring accuracy and profitability across estimates, bids, budgets, and purchase orders Building and maintaining strong relationships with industry partners Overseeing Project Coordinators and Construction Managers to ensure efficient workflow Managing draw schedules and collections in accordance with company timelines Ensuring compliance with SLAs, safety legislation, and internal quality standards Maintaining accurate RMS and XACT Analysis files Coordinating schedules to maximize efficiency and profitability Ensuring trade partners deliver high-quality and compliant work Communicating effectively with homeowners, adjusters, and internal teams Driving strong customer satisfaction, including achieving high Net Promoter Scores What youll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will bring: A minimum of 4 years of Project Management experience within the property damage restoration industry Experience managing largescale or commercial restoration projects Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to guide and develop team members Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills Strong values, goal orientation, and customerfocused mindset Proficiency in developing budgets, reading scopes, managing bids, and ensuring margin integrity A G or G2 Ontario Drivers License (required) Working knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Employment Standards Act What youll get in return Competitive salary: $80,000$100,000 Discretionary bonus Three weeks of vacation Comprehensive benefits package What you need to do now If this opportunity sounds like a fit, please reach out or apply with your most recent resume.
