Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Toronto, ON, for a Junior Print Pressman Operator. The role involves assisting in the setup, operation, and maintenance of printing presses for the production of printed materials. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring machines during print runs, troubleshooting minor technical issues, performing quality checks, and ensuring efficient binding and finishing processes to meet production standards. The Junior Print Pressman Operator will also collaborate with the team to achieve production deadlines while maintaining quality output. Qualifications Proficiency in Print Production and Printing processes Experience with Bindery and Printer Support Knowledge and application of Quality Control standards in print operations Ability to follow detailed instructions and ensure operational accuracy Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Prior experience in the printing or manufacturing industry is an asset Willingness to work on-site and support team goals within a fast-paced production environment
