Location & Travel The position is currently based in the Greater Toronto Area (Etobicoke), transitioning closer to the site locations as the project advances. Frequent travel is required, primarily to the project sites, with occasional travel to Kingston, Ottawa, and the GTA. Travel costs are reimbursed in accordance with DCCs travel policy. Coordinator, Construction Services The Coordinator, Construction Services, manages and administers moderatetohighcomplexity construction, professional services and service contracts during construction to ensure work done under them complies with contract requirements. The incumbent engages in daily discussions and negotiations with contractors, consultants and the ClientPartners about quality of work, interpretation of contract documents, scope changes, progress claim reviews and other issues. The incumbent addresses contract management risks within delegated authority, complies with service line requirements and integrates activities with site teams and other service lines. The incumbent may also lead and manage the human resources responsibilities for a team.
