Position summary: providing academic leadership, fostering an effective learning environment and upholding all professional, provincial and national standards. Utilizing innovative teaching techniques to facilitate the learning process (theory and practice) primarily in Diagnostic Cytology, although other subjects may be required based on departmental need. Evaluating student progress and achievement, while providing student advisement and remedial assistance. Liaising with other faculty and staff at the Michener Institute and personnel at affiliated clinical sites. Participating in internal committees.
