At Light & Wonder, its all about the games, and our Gaming team builds cutting-edge technology, products, and content for the most iconic casinos and operators across the globe.**Position Summary****In this Customer facing role you will....*** Perform Preventative maintenance on EGMs (Electronic Gaming Machines), ETGs (Electronic Table Games), and equipment, keeping in accordance with Gaming Commission and company standards and specifications.* Ensure proper operations of the EGMs, and ETGs via diagnostic tests, software settings, and functional testing* Navigate Management Terminal (MT) daily to verify EGMs status* Where applicable, assemble and prepare accessories for installations per change order.* Complete accurate Incident Reports in accordance with the Gaming Commission and company standards* Complete required maintenance records in a clear and precise manner* Complete detailed daily/weekly tech logs* Adhere to L&W''s Field Service established standards, policies, and procedures* Follow L&W''s safety procedures (vehicle safety, loading games, ladder use, and electricity)* Ensures all tools and equipment used are kept in proper, safe, and working condition* Stay current with all Light & Wonder Field Advisories and eLearning* Review customer issues with management, and technical lead as they arise**Qualifications****Qualifications:*** Must be at least 21 years of age, maintain a valid drivers license, and be able to obtain and maintain gaming licenses as required* One year experience in the assembly, testing, and repair of electronic gaming devices, or six months experience and related gaming school certificate of completion, or equivalent.* Perform basic troubleshooting techniques in isolating and correcting problems down to an assembly level* Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, and mechanics of gaming type devices* Basic understanding of network communication, and network troubleshooting* Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis for short distances* Transport heavy equipment using proper moving devices* Demonstrate safe and proper use of hand tools and power tools* Basic knowledge of PC operation, and security risks relating to PC operation* Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)* Ability to read and understand Light & Wonder schematics and service manuals* Able to prepare conversion projects or installations with limited or no supervision* Ability to maintain good customer relations, both internally and externally* Basic knowledge of current Light & Wonder gaming devices to the assembly level* Good problem-solving skills* Travel requirements may include working at other facilities within our department**Education:**High school diploma or equivalent.College level electronics training helpful.**Work Conditions:**Light & Wonder *Corporation and its affiliates are engaged in highly regulated gaming and lottery businesses.
