We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Family Physician to join our growing team as we expand our presence in Scarborough. About the Role As a Family Physician at CityCare Clinic, you will serve as a cornerstone of our care model providing walk-in and longitudinal primary care to a diverse urban population across all age groups. (Unless Requested by Physician) Responsibilities Provide walk-in and episodic care to patients of all ages and backgrounds Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic conditions Support preventive care initiatives and patient health education Address urgent care needs in a timely and patient-centered manner Build and manage a longitudinal patient panel over time Collaborate with allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate, timely documentation using clinic EMR systems Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence Qualifications Medical degree (MD) with completion of residency in Family Medicine CCFP designation or eligibility (new graduates warmly welcomed) Licensed or eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) Eligible for OHIP billing Experience or comfort in urgent/walk-in care settings Proven ability to serve diverse populations with cultural sensitivity Strong diagnostic, clinical, and treatment planning skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills empathetic, trustworthy, and collaborative Commitment to staying current with evolving medical practices and guidelines APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS We welcome applications from new graduates, experienced family physicians, and international medical graduates (IMGs).
