We''re looking for a Territory Sales Specialist who lives and breathes cannabis retail. Someone who understands the landscape, builds real relationships with buyers and budtenders, and knows how to create pull from the floor up. What you''ll do: Own TRYGG''s retail relationships across the GTA and Ontario. Drive sell-in across independent and chain cannabis retailers. Manage a consistent store visit schedule, show up, service accounts, and build trust. Identify new doors and expand the footprint strategically. Launch new drops and run in-store activations that create real energy. Protect shelf presence and fight for placement in every account. Brand and Education Educate budtenders on the portfolio, product knowledge, brand story, and why TRYGG wins. Show up as a credible, polished representative of the brand at every touchpoint. Run activations and events that leave a lasting impression on staff and consumers. Intelligence and Execution Track account activity, sell-through data, and competitive movement. Bring ground-level retail insights back to leadership. Use modern tools to stay organized, move fast, and report clearly. Who you are You know Ontario cannabis retail.
