This Account Manager role is responsible for introducing the brand to new spa partners while strengthening and growing the relationships already in place. This is a true Business-to-Business (B2B) field sales position with a balanced focus: 50 percent account growth and expansion The expectation is disciplined execution, steady market expansion, and long-term partnership development. The next phase of growth is thoughtful expansion into additional high-quality partnerships and deeper engagement within existing accounts. The Account Manager contributes directly to national expansion goals for 2026 and beyond. The work requires initiative, discipline, and long-term thinking. The Work That Drives Growth Growth at Naturopathica is built through education, consistency, and collaboration with spa partners. The Account Manager plays a central role in driving that growth through: Prospecting and opening new spa partnerships aligned with our brand Ensure delivery of structured quarterly spa education and protocol training Conducting monthly and annual business planning meetings with partners Supporting merchandising, promotions, and staff engagement initiatives Identifying opportunities to expand retail and treatment revenue Maintaining an active pipeline and documenting all activity in HubSpot CRM This work strengthens our partners businesses while expanding Naturopathicas presence in the professional spa community. The Type of Leader We Are Looking For This role requires a sales professional who understands the spa and aesthetics industry. Spas operate on service revenue, retail performance, and client retention. Successful partnerships require more than product placement. They require education, support, and a clear understanding of how treatments and retail drive profitability. The right candidate has experience selling into spas, skincare clinics, or wellness environments. They understand how estheticians and massage therapists think, how spa owners evaluate brands, and how buying decisions are made. They are comfortable leading product and protocol discussions, reviewing retail performance, and having direct conversations about revenue goals. Competitive drive matters. So does industry credibility. This is not a general sales position. It is a relationship-driven growth role within a specialized market. Success requires both strong selling skills and a working knowledge of how spa businesses operate. What Success Looks Like Success in this role is defined by measurable growth and visible market presence. Within the first year, the Account Manager is expected to: Establish new spa partnerships that align with Naturopathicas positioning and standards Deliver consistent revenue growth across existing accounts Build and execute structured annual and quarterly business plans with key partners Maintain an active and qualified pipeline that supports forecasting accuracyStrengthen brand visibility and credibility within the regional spa community Performance is evaluated through revenue results, account development quality, pipeline health, team participation/contribution, and the overall strength of regional relationships. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of B2B field sales experience Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding revenue targets Experience in balancing new account acquisition and account growth Confidence in delivering in-person and online presentations Experience in spa, skincare, or wellness strongly preferred Proficiency with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot Proficiency with the Microsoft Office 360 suite Valid drivers license and insured vehicle Ability to travel between 50% to 75% with overnights as required We currently have various roles throughout the United States and welcome all US base candidates to apply.
