WHAT YOULL BE DOING If you are passionate about grain marketing, building customer relationships, and understanding market trends, and interested in originating grain and delivering value-added marketing solutions, then we cant wait to talk to you! We are looking for an In-Branch Grain Originator who is eager to proactively work with producers, develop long-term relationships, and provide profitable grain marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include: Originating grain from existing and prospective customers through strong relationship management Providing timely market information, cash grain bids, and marketing plans to branch customers Purchasing grain deliveries and completing contracts, settlements, and related documentation Working closely with the branch team, carriers, and facility personnel to coordinate deliveries Supporting branch marketing, customer experience, and advisory sales efforts Supporting the Agronomy Sales Team with counter and phone sales, order entry, field plans, delivery/blend tickets, soil sampling coordination, and grower support within Agvance WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE College diploma or university degree in agriculture, business, or a related fieldor equivalent experience Knowledge of grain markets (corn, soybeans, wheat) and grain marketing strategies Strong customer focus with proven ability to build trust and long-term relationships Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while being a strong team player Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Valid G drivers license WHAT WE BRING TO THE TABLE We value relationships and people first and foremost.
