Vous n''utilisez pas l''IA pour l''autocompltion de votre code ; vous utilisez plusieurs agents pour livrer des fonctionnalits de manire autonome une vitesse qui tait impossible il y a encore quelques mois. Vous comprenez parfaitement les forces et les faiblesses des LLM, et vous savez comment mettre en place des boucles de rtroaction et des gardefous pour en tirer le meilleur parti. Votre quotidien chez nous Identifier et excuter des amliorations la base de code pour permettre aux agents IA de travailler de manire plus rapide et scuritaire. Une capacit dmontre diriger des agents IA et des flux de travail automatiss pour concevoir, implanter et maintenir des systmes logiciels complexes avec une intervention humaine minimale. What your daytoday would look like Identify and execute improvements to the code base to allow agents to go faster and safer. Work with a group of toptier engineers in a lowprocess environment powered by trust and high autonomy. Drive decisions and consensus asynchronously by leveraging AI to author the thoughtful documentation and specifications that guide the team. Ship fast. Learn fast. Repeat.
