Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Bachelor''s Degree or Equivalent (Preferred) Sales - 4 years commercial sales experience (business to business, transportation industry preferred) with two (2) years experience within Account Executive role. Previous experience selling to large Fortune 500 complex and global corporations (preferred) Has a solid understanding of the FedEx business. Understands the operating environment, business and economic conditions. Is organizationally and politically aware. Facilitates and seeks opportunities to collaborate across functions / departments and breaks down silos/ barriers. Demonstrates influential leadership. Able to build a community of support.
