Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients Create design documentation Take an active role in the development of the D365 CE system Work well with team members, clients, and other vendors Be the Go To resource for client interactions Participate in the Agile and/or Microsoft SureStep Iterative Methodologies Basic Qualifications 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, MIS or other related business fields Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certified a plus Experience with Scribe a plus SQL Server Reporting Services a plus Experience with Field Service Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work in a selfdirected manner and develop strong working relationships with clients.
