FedEx is seeking a P&D Operations Manager-4 based in Mississauga, Ontario. This is an interview position open locally to managers at the YYZR station. Primary Objective: To supervise, coordinate and control Pick-Up and Delivery Operations within the service area of the station to achieve maximum service objectives. To supervise, coordinate and control warehouse and ramp operations to achieve maximum service objectives. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Bachelor''s degree or equivalent Four (4) years FedEx or industry experience Demonstrated basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) Must possess a valid driver''s license and a good driving record Must currently be a member of FedEx management or LEAP/EXCEL endorsed Ability to lift 70 lbs. and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment Preferred Qualifications This is a local post for Managers at YYZR only. Additional Information The incumbent is expected to perform all other duties as assigned, must be able to complete and achieve minimum thresholds on any mandatory testing and training, must be able to operate in a PC Windows environment, have the ability to successfully complete all recurrence training and maintain annual accreditations where applicable, and work varying shifts based on business needs. If the incumbent resides in the province of Quebec, bilingualism (French and English) is required. Candidates for positions that require driving as a core competency require a valid driver''s license and a driving record with two or fewer violations and/or accidents in the 24 months prior to the date of application. Bachelor''s degree or equivalent; four (4) years of FedEx or industry experience; current FedEx management membership or LEAP/EXCEL endorsement; valid driver''s licence with clean driving record; basic proficiency in MS Office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
