Position Overview The English Conversation Circle Teacher will facilitate conversationbased learning sessions, encouraging participants to practice speaking in a supportive and structured environment. The teacher will design activities that promote fluency, vocabulary development, and cultural understanding. Responsibilities Planning and delivering interactive conversation sessions. Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Encouraging participants to actively participate and practice speaking. Designing activities based on reallife situations and common language challenges. Providing constructive feedback and guidance to improve communication skills. Adapting sessions to different proficiency levels. Keeping attendance records and reporting on participants progress. Coordinating with the program coordinator to ensure effective delivery. Requirements & Experience Qualifications & Skills: A strong command of the English language (native or nearnative proficiency). Experience in teaching or facilitating ESL (English as a Second Language) conversation groups. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A friendly and patient approach to teaching. Understanding of different learning needs and cultural backgrounds. Ability to create engaging and practical lesson plans. TESL/TEFL certification (preferred but not mandatory). #J-18808-Ljbffr
