Elevate your engineering career by joining an influential aerospace design team. Focus on the Boeing 787 program, driving design modifications and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a full-time capacity. This role is pivotal within the Design and Analysis group, addressing non-conformances and investigating design challenges. You will contribute to the Material Review Board''s authority and mentor less experienced team members while ensuring best practices are applied to all designs. Engage with suppliers and internal disciplines to improve landing gear performance and support after-hours production needs. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate non-conformances on detail parts and assemblies Investigate design difficulties; initiate design modification requests Support landing gear performance investigations Mentor and guide junior engineers Participate actively in Integrated Product Team (IPT) activities Requirements: Bachelor''s in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering required Minimum 6 years'' aerospace industry experience Proficient in CATIA V5 Solid understanding of ASME Y14.5M-1994 tolerancing Excellent English communication skills Shape the future of aerospace by enhancing design processes and fostering team collaboration within a dynamic engineering environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
