As this role requires15-30% travel, those applying should enjoy traveling and be excited about working on different sites with different mineralsacross the world.Essential Responsibilities. Lead commissioning and optimization of flotation equipment.Lead, plan,andcoordinate pilot plant test workfocused on circuit design and development.Structure and analyze dataas part of optimization andresultsreview.Producing technical documentation (e.g.,reports, manuals, publications).Trainingother process engineers.LedR&Dand Continuous Improvementinitiativesto improveproducts andexisting projects.Traveling to mineral processing sites across the world (15-30%travel is typical)Qualifications/RequirementsAn Engineering Degree in ChemicalorMetallurgicalEngineering.A postgraduate degree in ChemicalorMetallurgicalEngineeringwill bebeneficial.A postgraduate degree inGeneral or Project Managementwill bebeneficial.Over10years of experience within theminingandmetallurgyindustry.Experience inmineral processingandoperations.Experience inmineralsprocessing laboratories.Experience in process design and project execution.Proficient inExcel.A data analyticsbackgroundand other programming languages will be beneficial.Ability to communicate well in English, both written and verbally.Spanish and or Portuguese is an asset.Applications must be submitted in English to .
