Key Areas of Responsibility: Project management oversight of successful end-to-end program delivery, including content development, logistical planning, sales and marketing, and flawless execution on-site. Relationship and logistical management of executive-level Steering Committees. Professional representation of the brand in all aspects of interaction (in-person, phone/ video, and written) with clients, colleagues, and partners. Collaboration with multiple internal departments to ensure program success. Management of program related expenses to ensure budget expectations are met. Identification and exploration of new opportunities for program development. Requirements: 8 - 10 years in a professional events/project management role with an emphasis on excellent customer experience, content management & fostering strong client relationships. Agility, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and resilience in varying scenarios. Comfortable, confident and articulate in dealing with senior executives. High-touch, solution-oriented ethos. Organized and thorough leader who is able to guide multiple teams and keep track of numerous concurrent priorities. Domestic and international travel.
