Were hiring Associate Lawyer (Employment Law) We are a busy and steadily growing employment law firm and are currently hiring an Associate Lawyer to join our practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who is passionate about employment law and litigation and who is looking to grow within a small, supportive firm. Our practice focuses primarily on employment litigation , with a significant portion of our work conducted on a contingency basis . As a result, we are seeking a lawyer who is comfortable working with a diverse range of clients and personalities, and who understands the demands and responsibilities that come with contingency-based files. The successful candidate will have at least two years of employment law experience , with some exposure to contingency matters strongly preferred. Experience managing litigation files, dealing directly with clients, and advancing matters efficiently is an asset. The ideal candidate will be: genuinely interested in and committed to employment law and litigation; comfortable working with clients from varied backgrounds and circumstances; capable of managing files with increasing independence, while remaining receptive to mentorship and guidance; a strong legal drafter with solid analytical and problemsolving skills; and adaptable and organized in a fastpaced, growing practice.
