Job Title: Senior Automation Engineer with DeltaV This position is open exclusively to people who are eligible to work in USA Location : United States Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Automation Engineer with DeltaV expertise to support commissioning and qualification (C&Q) activities in a biopharma manufacturing environment. This role requires strong hands-on experience in DeltaV DCS, troubleshooting in live GMP environments, and automation support during execution phases. Key Responsibilities Serve as an on-site DeltaV Automation Engineer supporting C&Q execution Troubleshoot, configure, and support DeltaV control systems, logic, and phases Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers Support test execution, issue investigation, remediation, and retesting Collaborate with client and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with functional specifications Identify automation issues and implement solutions under change control Ensure compliance with GMP, validation, and site procedures Required Qualifications 5+ years of Automation Engineering experience Strong hands-on experience with DeltaV DCS in pharma/biopharma manufacturing Proven experience in C&Q (Commissioning & Qualification) Strong troubleshooting skills in live manufacturing environments Solid understanding of: GMP, GAMP, ISA-88 Validation and regulatory requirements Additional Notes No QA Selenium testers or pure CSV authorship roles CSV activities are supported indirectly through automation execution and issue resolution
