Position SummaryWe are seekingAdministrative Clerksto support operations within a fast-paced long-term care environment. The successful candidates will provide clerical support, assist with staffing coordination, maintain organized filing systems, and support supply management to ensure smooth daily operations.ResponsibilitiesProvide clerical support including:Doctors listsShower listsIncontinence listsAdditional administrative duties as assignedOrder and maintain general supplies, including:Incontinence productsWound care productsMaintain organized and up-to-date filing systemsIssue petty cash slips to staff as requiredAssemble and maintain manuals and documentationSupport staffing coordinationRecord and prepare meeting minutesQualificationsExperience working inlong-term careExperience withstaffing coordinationUnderstanding ofunionized environments and collective agreementsStrong written and verbalEnglish communication skillsProficiency with:Microsoft WordExcelOutlookAbility to work effectively in afast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailPreferred SkillsHealthcare administrative experienceExperience supporting nursing teams or clinical operationsAbility to manage multiple priorities independently
