Reporting to the Senior Compliance Analyst overseeing our Operational Compliance team, the successful candidate will prepare and submit periodic and incident notifications for multiple regulators and jurisdictions, ensuring BET99s submissions are accurate, timely, and compliant. Vacancy Status: New Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and submit required regulatory notifications in accordance with established timelines. Assist with responses to information requests, inquiries, and audits. Communicate effectively with other teams when their feedback is required and follow up as necessary upon requests. Flag potential concerns or inconsistencies and ensure timely resolution. Organize and catalogue all draft and submitted materials within internal filing system. Maintain shared calendars, trackers, and documentation to ensure all regulatory obligations are met. Assist with preparation and updates of control activities matrices and internal policies and procedures. Document and track compliance-related activities, including training attendance, stakeholder feedback, survey responses, and remediation efforts. Contribute to department efforts to optimize processes and controls for risk mitigation and operational efficiency. Perform other compliance-related duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications: University graduate with an excellent academic background, or equivalent experience in compliance or regulatory affairs at a Canadian government agency, law firm, civil law enforcement agency, or online gaming company. Extremely strong attention to detail and the ability to understand the nuances of multiple sets of regulations and apply each correctly given the fact pattern presented. Ability to plan and prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all internal and external deadlines are met. Excellent writing and communication skills and the ability to effectively reach out and ask questions when clarification is needed, proactively share important information, and work as part of a team to evenly balance the department workload. Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (at a minimum, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly become proficient when working with new software and technology. Native level of fluency in written and spoken English, with a strong preference for candidates who are also fluent in both written and spoken French. This position is focused on operational and incident (non-AML) reporting, so previous experience working at a regulated gaming operator or similar regulated entity is considered a strong asset. Responsabilits : Prparer, rviser et soumettre les notifications rglementaires requises conformment aux chanciers tablis. Contribuer aux rponses aux demandes dinformation, aux requtes et aux audits. Communiquer efficacement avec les autres quipes lorsque leur contribution est requise et assurer les suivis ncessaires. Identifier toute proccupation ou incohrence potentielle et veiller leur rsolution rapide. Organiser et archiver tous les documents (versions prliminaires et finales) dans le systme interne de classement. Maintenir jour les calendriers partags, outils de suivi et documents afin dassurer le respect de toutes les obligations rglementaires. Participer la prparation et la mise jour des matrices de contrles ainsi que des politiques et procdures internes. Documenter et suivre les activits lies la conformit, notamment la participation aux formations, les commentaires des parties prenantes, les rponses aux sondages et les mesures correctives. Contribuer aux initiatives du dpartement visant optimiser les processus et les contrles afin de rduire les risques et amliorer lefficacit oprationnelle. Effectuer toute autre tche lie la conformit, au besoin. Comptences et qualifications : Diplme universitaire avec un excellent dossier acadmique, ou exprience quivalente en conformit ou en affaires rglementaires au sein dun organisme gouvernemental canadien, dun cabinet juridique, dun organisme dapplication de la loi civile ou dune entreprise de jeux en ligne. Excellente attention aux dtails et capacit comprendre les nuances de multiples cadres rglementaires et les appliquer correctement selon les situations prsentes. Capacit planifier et prioriser plusieurs tches dans un environnement rapide, tout en respectant les chances internes et externes. Excellentes comptences en rdaction et en communication, avec la capacit de poser des questions de manire proactive lorsque des clarifications sont ncessaires, de partager des informations importantes et de collaborer efficacement en quipe afin de rpartir la charge de travail. Bonne matrise des applications Microsoft 365 (au minimum Outlook, Excel, Word et PowerPoint) et capacit sadapter rapidement de nouveaux logiciels et technologies. Matrise de niveau natif de langlais loral et lcrit; une excellente matrise du franais loral et lcrit est fortement privilgie. Ce poste est ax sur les dclarations oprationnelles et dincident (hors LBC/AML); une exprience pralable auprs dun oprateur de jeux rglement ou dune entit rglemente similaire constitue un atout important.
