Mechanical Contractor Project Coordinator (HVAC ICI) Salary: $80,000$100,000 Location: Hybrid Office & OnSite Are you a detaildriven coordinator who thrives in fastpaced construction environments? Our team is growing, and were looking for a Mechanical Project Coordinator to support planning, scheduling, and field execution for ICI HVAC installation projects . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the organizational backbone of a projectbalancing office responsibilities with regular site presence to keep crews aligned, materials flowing, and installations on track. What Youll Do Coordinate daytoday project activities for HVAC installations across ICI sites Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and installation crews to maintain schedules and resolve issues Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and submittals to support field execution Organize material orders, deliveries, and equipment logistics Track project progress, update documentation, and maintain communication with stakeholders Assist with site coordination meetings and ensure crews have the information they need Support quality control, safety compliance, and installation standards Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress and address coordination needs What You Bring Experience in mechanical contracting, HVAC, or construction coordination Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and ICI project workflows Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work both in-office and on-site with confidence and professionalism Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft Office, and construction documentation A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems quickly Why Join Us Competitive salary range: $80,000$100,000 Opportunity to work on highprofile ICI mechanical projects Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Artificial intelligence (AI) is not used to screen, assess, or make hiring decisions for this role.
