Job Summary The Senior Financial Analyst supports Finance in closing, reporting, budgeting and forecasting, including monthend analysis, P&L reporting to Business Unit leaders, KPI reporting, and preparation of financial data for ELT. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining complex financial models and creating reports to aid ongoing analysis. Key Responsibilities Prepare budget, forecast, and longterm projections to meet financial targets. Generate monthly financial analysis, KPI scorecards, and reports for BU and cost centers. Participate in monthend closing and prepare variance analysis with budget owners. Conduct trend analysis, gather and maintain data for dissemination to budget owners. Support BU leaders and budget owners with forecasting and crossfunctional alignment. Develop and maintain moderately complex models and data analyses for business units, including testing, validation, and pricing to customers. Assist budget owners or executive sponsors in creating required financial analyses. Collect user feedback on forecasting and recommend improvements. Perform sensitivity analysis for BU leaders or budget owners. Lead special projects as assigned by senior management. What We''''re Looking For Accounting designation (CPA, CMA/CPA, CGA) or actively pursuing one. At least 5 years of Financial Analyst experience with strong technical and analytical skills. College diploma or undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting. Knowledge of drug pricing and the healthcare industry preferred. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, WebEx). Experience with Essbase/Hyperion and ERP (D365 preferred).
