As an Amazon Specialist at Mind Games, you will be at the center of our online sales operations. You will manage our Amazon presence, optimize product listings, run advertising campaigns, and analyze performance data to drive growth. This role combines creativity, analytics, and problem - solving, giving you the chance to make a direct impact on our customers'''' experience and the success of our brand. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ content) on Amazon. Monitor account health, performance metrics, and compliance with Amazon policies. Plan and execute Amazon PPC campaigns; optimize bids, keywords, and ad structure to improve ROI. Coordinate with the operations team to manage FBA shipments, inventory levels, and stock replenishment. Analyze sales data, traffic reports, and advertising performance to identify growth opportunities. Handle case management with Amazon Seller Support and resolve listing issues, suspensions, or policy violations. Research and implement best practices in SEO, pricing strategies, and promotional activities (Coupons, Deals, Prime Day, Black Friday). Stay updated on Amazon platform changes, marketplace trends, and competitor activities. Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments Collaborate with the cross functional teams to ensure brand consistency and excellent customer experience. Ensure pricing, operating principles, and procedures are followed You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications and skills: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central (both MFN and FBA preferred). Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, ranking algorithms, and advertising (PPC) campaigns. Proficiency in using Amazon tools (e.g., Seller Central, Brand Analytics, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.). Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Familiarity with Canadian and US Amazon marketplaces is an asset. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), shipping software (e.g., eShipper, Ship Station, etc.). Knowledge of Walmart.ca, BestBuy.ca, and other marketplaces.
