Take charge of a dynamic demand generation strategy that fuels revenue growth. This senior, hands-on role demands expertise in designing efficient pipeline systems that ensure sales alignment and optimize B2B sales cycles. As the Demand Generation Lead, you will own pipeline targets and manage the full funnel from initial touchpoints to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL). Collaborating with Sales leadership weekly on lead quality, you will prioritize demand programs focused on inbound and search. Your deep experience with HubSpot will be critical as you set benchmarks for reporting and performance while empowering your team. Key Responsibilities: Own marketing-sourced pipeline objectives Design and manage full demand funnel Collaborate with Sales on lead quality Prioritize inbound and search demand programs Establish performance benchmarks and reporting Requirements: 812+ years in B2B demand generation Enterprise, SaaS, PropTech, or CRE knowledge Extensive experience with HubSpot Metrics-driven operator mindset Ability to influence sales leaders Lead impactful demand generation strategies focused on revenue and create a robust pipeline that aligns marketing and sales efforts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
