We work in close partnership with crossfunctional teams across the business and partners throughout supply chain. We ensure packaging and labelling materials are production ready and support successful product delivery. a day in the life: The Packaging and Labelling Development team creates endtoend packaging and labelling solutions that meet the requirements for our global markets. In partnership with Packaging Design and Operations, the Development team collaborates with vendors, suppliers, and crossfunctional partners to produce packaging and labelling that complement our product assortment. Senior Developer Responsibilities Build relationships with packaging/labelling suppliers to align with business processes and support business needs Enroll and inform Packaging Designer and Product Developers on packaging/labelling construction, innovation and the technical capability of vendors to deliver the materials Develop packaging materials that meet design briefs and crossfunctional business requirements. Support and inform the organization, flow, and tracking of packaging/labelling samples and product prototypes Support and inform the creation and communication of material style associations and details in FlexPLM and with crossfunctional partners Lead Packaging and Labelling Developers in ensuring accuracy of labelling needs on all packaging and labelling materials Maintain current knowledge on vendors and industry developments to deliver packaging technical innovation opportunities to set Lululemon apart from its competitors Mentor and train Development team on daily activity execution Educate team in advanced technical knowledge of industry standards Support team in the prioritization of daily workflow that adheres to GTM deliverables, development timelines and style development Gain support and enrollment of the intended audience, peers, and stakeholders through both verbal and visual communication and education on developments Generate new and feasible ways of working Qualifications Bachelor of Design/Engineering or in a related discipline Minimum 8 years of development, packaging design or related professional industry experience. Proven ability to coach and mentor junior team members Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs Proficient with Adobe programs (Illustrator, Acrobat, InDesign) Proficient with Flex PLM or similar PLM software is preferred. Compensation and Benefits Package lululemons compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 - $135,900 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
