Position QAD ERP Analyst Job Overview Reporting to the Global ERP Operations Manager, the QAD ERP Analyst will provide technical support and guidance for our ERP QAD system, helping troubleshoot issues and enabling users to optimize their use of the platform. Key Responsibilities Technical Support: Provide daytoday support for the QAD ERP system, respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems in a timely manner. System Maintenance & Updates: Monitor and maintain the QAD ERP system to ensure optimal performance; support system upgrades, patches, and updates; collaborate with IT teams to implement improvements. Issue Diagnosis & Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP application issues related to functionality, performance, or integration; work with internal teams and vendors as needed. User Training & Documentation: Deliver training sessions and produce documentation such as user guides and FAQs to ensure proficiency with QAD ERP. Customization & Configuration: Support customization of QAD ERP modules to meet business requirements; configure modules in collaboration with business analysts and developers. System Integration & Interfaces: Assist with the integration of QAD ERP with internal systems or thirdparty applications; troubleshoot and resolve interface issues. Reporting & Data Management: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and queries to support decisionmaking; ensure data integrity within the system. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work with business units to understand requirements and implement solutions that optimize processes; suggest and implement process improvements related to QAD ERP usage. Preferred Qualifications Certifications in QAD ERP or related technical areas. Experience with QAD modules such as Manufacturing, Distribution, or Financials. Knowledge of integration technologies (e.g., API, middleware, EDI). Familiarity with cloudbased ERP systems and modern ERP architectures. Pay depends on experience, qualifications, and market factors.
