JOB PURPOSE The Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) will be a key member of the Accounting and Finance Team, reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with the Controller and business unit leaders. This role is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis to support strategic decision making across the organization. The successful candidate will combine strong accounting knowledge with advanced financial modeling and analytical skills to deliver accurate insights, identify risks and opportunities, and support executive leadership, including board and regulatory reporting. This is a newly created position, and responsibilities may evolve as the FP&A function and business needs continue to develop. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and analyze monthly financial reporting, including detailed variance analysis and performance insights. Develop, maintain, and enhance long-term financial models incorporating historical performance, forward looking trends, and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with the Controller and business unit leaders to drive the annual budget process. Monitor budget and forecast performance, identify variances and trends, and provide recommendation to improve financial results forecast adjustments. Develop, maintain and update foreign exchange exposure and hedging models. Partner with business units and the Project Management Office to support strategic initiatives through project-level business plan development, financial modeling and analysis. Develop and deliver recurring KPI dashboard and performance reporting for senior management and Board review. Prepare monthly regulatory reporting in accordance with applicable requirements. Conduct financial analysis to support acquisition activity and new vendor diligence. Support monthly accounting processes and provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required. QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Solid understanding of IFRS accounting standards. Ability to identify accounting issues and determine appropriate accounting treatment. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, nested IF statements, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH, OFFSET, VLOOKUP, and similar functions. Experience with MS Business Central, PowerBI, and Vena are strong assets. Advanced financial modeling skills, including budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and long-term planning. Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to nonfinancial stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy, validation, and data integrity. Key Qualities for Success Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting or a related field.
