This role is responsible for establishing and driving an enterprise-level program spanning multiple workstreams, including MarTech implementation, operating model redesign, automation, AI enablement, and end-to-end workflow optimization. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of business and technology experience, with a proven ability to lead complex programs from strategy through execution in a global, matrixed environment. Key Responsibilities Establish and lead a comprehensive program structure , including workstreams, deliverables, roadmap, and execution strategy Drive end-to-end program delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives Oversee program financials , including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking Align and manage global stakeholders across business and IT functions Deliver executive-level communications with clear, compelling storytelling Lead program governance , including steering committees and reporting cadence Support business case development , planning, and PMO best practices Manage risks, issues, and dependencies , ensuring timely resolution Collaborate with IT teams on solution alignment and implementation oversight Ensure sufficient understanding of SDLC to guide technology-related initiatives Core Technical Skills Required 58 years of end-to-end Program Management experience (enterprise-level programs) Proven experience building business cases, roadmaps, and execution plans Strong stakeholder management across senior leadership and cross-functional teams Experience managing program financials (budget, forecast, KPIs) Solid understanding of SDLC and technology-enabled programs Experience in change enablement and organizational readiness Ability to operate in a global, matrixed environment Background in Financial Services OR internal consulting Preferred Experience leading large-scale transformation programs Exposure to MarTech, automation, AI enablement, or workflow tools (e.g., Workfront) Experience in PMO or strategy functions Nice to Have Certifications such as PMP, CSM , or equivalent Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery models Soft Skills Exceptional communication and storytelling skills Strong leadership and influence without authority High level of organizational and strategic thinking Proactive problem-solving and decision-making Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
