Were looking for a Sr. Manager, Channel Partnerships to help lead the strategy, recruitment, and acquisition of partners that also serve the Home Service space. If you want to be a part of helping shape one of the up-and-coming departments at Jobber (and youre ready to roll your sleeves up and run!), heres your chance.The roleReporting to the VP, Partnerships, the Sr. Manager, Channel Partnerships will be focused on finding best-in-class channel partners that can help both spread Jobbers message, while adding value to our existing customer base. This role will be both a player and coach, in addition to carrying a revenue target, theyll also recruit, manage and grow partner managers to meet team goals. This role will play a critical role in developing this hugely important team as a whole, with an emphasis on scalability and driving new revenue streams. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the channel business development strategic planConduct market research and identify target prospects with partners in key categories whose clients would benefit from the introduction and implementation of JobberMaintain a pipeline of channel partnership opportunities for the channel team that drive both reach and new revenue for Jobber to achieve business objectivesDevelop compelling business value propositions that encourage franchise partners to adopt and invest in advocating partnering with JobberRecruit, manage and coach a team of Partner ManagersDrive connection with potential partners through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new opportunitiesStructure appropriate partner models/contracts to achieve mutually beneficial business results and drive execution of related partnership agreementsPitch and close partnerships with partners to meet business objectivesDevelop in-depth knowledge of Jobber product offering as well as our partner offering and competitive advantagesMaintain partnership industry competitive detail to understand our partnership gapsPartner with internal stakeholders including product and marketing to drive channel growthProvide feedback to product teams on partner feature requests and gaps that prevent Jobber from being the #1 referred Field Service PlatformQualificationsProven previous experience in a results-driven sales/partnership, affiliate and/or business development role(s).Demonstrated experience in people managementExperience working with franchisors is a plusA dynamic approach to your partnership style. This role has a Total Target Commission (TTC) of $212,164, a midpoint of $249,570, and a maximum salary of $286,976, designed to show the progression from learning the ropes to truly excelling. This TTC consists of your base salary, as well as an incentive at 20% of your base salary for achieving individual/team goals which is paid out quarterly.We design our compensation to reflect each new hires skills, experience against the complexity of the role, ensuring a fair and competitive salary. Our range is intentionally broad to support growth and long-term impact, with fully established hires typically starting around the midpoint. The higher end of the range is reserved for those who have demonstrated deep expertise and lasting contributions, while offers below the midpoint reflect strong potential with room to develop. This approach ensures that compensation aligns with both an individuals current capabilities and their opportunity for future growth.Base salary is just one part of a total compensation package that will include equity rewards, annual stipends for health and wellness, retirement savings matching, and an extended health package with fully paid premiums for body and mind.
