You will play a pivotal role in building out the operations functions for our growing Company. Role DescriptionThis is a full time role, based in Vancouver, BC. As the Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, logistics and inventory functions. You will take ownership of the entire product journeyfrom managing relationships with our suppliers to ensuring seamless delivery to our customers. Your primary focus will be optimizing our inventory, managing third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and keeping shipping costs down without sacrificing service quality. You will also play a key role contributing to digital operations and e-commerce merchandising and site operations. QualificationsStrong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage timelines and multiple priorities effectivelyExperience in operations management, logistics, and supply chain coordinationFamiliarity with digital operations, e-commerce merchandising and site operationsA self-starter with the flexible mind-set required to flourish in a fast growing, small business environment Problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to find innovative solutions to operational challengesExcellent communication and negotiation skills to foster relationships with vendors and partners
