Work Model: 5 days onsite Duration: 6 months + Extension About the role: Our client is seeking a highly detailoriented Service Officer III to support increased operational volume within the Wealth National Office of client. This role focuses on corporate action processing, analytical review of financial documentation, and daily backoffice operations. Its a great opportunity to grow within a reputable financial environment and gain experience in a large corporate setting. Responsibilities Must Have Responsibilities: Monitor and review corporate action notifications/circulars from multiple vendors (DTC, CDS, TSE, Bloomberg, etc.) Perform critical analysis of circulars under tight deadlines Identify foreign currency exchange risks for upcoming events Identify and escalate complex taxrelated corporate actions Determine eligibility/restrictions for Canadian resident shareholders Assess required documentation and submission deadlines Condense information for client notifications Coordinate mailings, email distributions, and web uploads Maintain logbooks, databases, and reconciliation systems with current statuses Communicate with transfer agents/companies to verify information Respond to internal inquiries Escalate issues to senior staff as needed Complete daily tasks and crosstraining as required Experience 57 years of relevant experience in financial operations, corporate actions, or related fields Experience handling high volumes of data and documentation in a fastpaced environment Prior banking or financial institution experience preferred Experience with corporate actions is a strong asset Education High School diploma with over 5 years of relevant experience OR Undergraduate degree (financerelated preferred) CSC or other financialindustry courses are an asset or nice to have About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent ondemand and total workforce solutions.
