Our client is a construction technology company that launched in 2017 to simplify the building process through shared visibility. Their specialized hardware and software platform provides site teams and offices with real-time visibility into job site progress, ensuring everyone stays on the same page, disputes are resolved faster, and clients stay informed. They are a global and rapidly scaling company with a practical spirit focused on doing things well. As an Account Executive, you will own a named list of target accounts across Canada and the USA. This is a full-cycle sales role where you will prospect, build pipeline, run deals, and grow accounts once youve won them. You will drive both new logo acquisition and revenue expansion within existing accounts, particularly through a project-by-project sales motion. What Youll Do Business Development and Prospecting Proactively prospect and develop new business within a named list of target General Contractors. Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and construction personas, specifically Project Managers. Attend industry events to build connections and uncover new opportunities. Account Expansion and Sales Motion Quickly grow the companys footprint within newly acquired accounts by identifying additional projects and upsell opportunities. Build and execute effective account expansion plans to maximize revenue within existing logos. Stay current with industry trends, challenges, and players across the North American construction industry. Pipeline and CRM Management Proactively manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of leads through every stage from initial contact to close. Provide accurate sales forecasts and work toward exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs. Maintain all sales activities and customer interactions within HubSpot to ensure data integrity and support accurate forecasting. What Youll Bring 5+ years of experience in a new business sales role, ideally within construction tech or SaaS. Proven success managing project-to-project and mid-market to enterprise sales cycles. A track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and KPI targets. Solid understanding of sales methodologies and qualification frameworks like BANT. Competence leveraging a modern sales tech stack and CRM to enable sales success. An existing network or experience engaging with construction stakeholders and Project Managers is a significant asset.
