Ciao! An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to join our team. With the Spring/Summer season around the corner, we are hiring Floor Managers for our locations and if youre passionate about Hospitality, we are interested in meeting you! We are not hiring at one specific location at this time- we will consider all candidates and experience and location of interest to determine which location. About The Role The Restaurant Floor Manager is accountable for Assisting the General Manager and Assistant General Manager with managing the daily activities of the restaurant, ensuring impeccable customer service, maximizing profitability, and overseeing staff. The Manager sets the standard through leadership, oversees Restaurant Operations and boosts business performance. They ensure compliance with operational procedures, quality expectations, and company policies. We are seeking an experienced Floor Manager who has expertise in high-volume Casual Fine Dining Restaurants. Experience working on the floor with our management team is essential and we are looking for someone with leadership experience in: -200+ seat business budgets -Labour & sales targets - 80+ Front of House staff - Scheduling - Inventory - Health & Safety adherence - Guest Relations - Assisting with on-site VIP guests -On-Site Event organization and execution Key Responsibilities Planning for each day and staffing accordingly Assisting with Service Food and Drink running if necessary Scheduling Setting up or Closing down the space Guest interaction Responding to inquiries Ordering Cashouts Manager log, calculating Sales and Labour Cleanliness and Maintenance of the Space Menu knowledge What we offer: -A base salary and weekly gratuity portion -Group Benefit Plan after 90 days -Uniform Allowance -Opportunity for Growth -Management Meal & beverage, and Staff Discounts across other locations This position requires a flexible schedule, including a mix of both Day shifts and Evening shifts (closes), and the ability to work Holidays and Weekends. Please note that the salary posted is an average/estimate and we will offer a salary based on applicants experience level at time of interview, however the base salary listed does NOT include the tip portion of the pay structure.
