Duration: 6 month contract Hours: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day) Work Model: Hybrid, 2 days/week onsite Skills: 7+ years Project Management, PMP, ServiceNow, IT onboarding process, RTO, ServiceNow, Jira, Agile Location: Mississauga, Ontario About the Role As the Senior Project Manager, you will provide endtoend leadership for IT onboarding initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple internal teams. Youll play a key role in supporting the companys workplace strategy, including ReturntoOffice programs. This role requires strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage IT onboarding projects from initiation through delivery Drive standardization and continuous improvement of IT onboarding processes Coordinate and oversee crossfunctional workstreams including: Facilities Asset Management IT / Technical Support Human Resources Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders and stakeholders Ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met Support ReturntoOffice initiatives and related operational activities Qualifications & Experience 7+ years of project management experience PMP certification as asset Proven experience with IT onboarding processes Previous ReturntoOffice (RTO) project experience strongly preferred Handson experience with: ServiceNow Asset Management systems Jira Agile Strong ability to lead through influence and collaboration What Were Looking For A strong, confident leader with executive presence A true people person who excels at stakeholder engagement Highly organized, adaptable, and solutionfocused Comfortable working in a fastpaced, evolving environment If youre a seasoned Project Manager who enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives and making a visible impact, wed love to hear from you.
