In this pivotal role with a focus on IT operations, you will design, implement, and govern policies that enhance IT service management (ITSM) processes. You will bring 5+ years of leadership experience in IT operations and a solid grasp of SDLC and ITIL governance frameworks. Collaborate with diverse teams, focusing on continuous service improvement and innovative solutions.
