Our client is a leading microelectronics manufacturing and engineering firm founded in 1987 specializing in the miniaturization, design & manufacture of custom microelectronic circuits Your new role : We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team for a permanent full-time position. Process Lead reports to the Process Lead Manager. The functions are as follow: Implement and monitor processes Validate products and processes Improve and enhance processes Reduce process cost Select and commission equipment Perform equipment maintenance Train operators (process specific) Evaluate product reliability risk What will you need to succeed : Educational level: University or College level completed (DEC electrical or mechanical) Experience related to the job offer: Experience in robotics, automation and mechanics for microelectronics component manufacturing, SMT, NASA 8739.6, IPC-A-610, and J-STD-001. Description of qualifications: This individual has the following qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in process and/ or manufacturing of microelectronic components Experience in automation and mechanics Experience in pick & place, SMT Programming and software capability Microelectronics materials and thermal experience Ability to work with little supervision and to follow several processes.
