Job Description

Role Overview: Location : Downtown Toronto Contract - 3 days onsite Rate : Independent consultants Reporting to the Senior Manager, Real Estate Delivery, the successful candidate will support program/project managers in executing active projects and coordinate smaller projects, including moves/adds/changes valued at approximately $1M. This role requires a highly organized and adaptable individual capable of managing critical tasks based on the current project phase, compiling data, preparing presentations, and liaising with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Gather and compile data from multiple sources for leader updates and presentations. Track and manage action items, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Process purchasing requests, issue purchase orders, and handle incoming invoice payments. Coordinate moves/adds/changes and assigned projects with vendors and stakeholders. Prepare detailed summary reports and documentation to support project deliverables. Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating perseverance and proactively addressing challenges. Exceptional organizational and execution abilities with attention to detail. Effective communication skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Proactive task management, ensuring clear pathways for task completion. Qualifications: Mandatory: Bilingual (English & French). Strong project coordination experience in facilities or construction management, with proven skills in tracking and reporting. Experience managing activities involving multiple departments, vendors, and external partners. Understanding of construction processes from an owners perspective. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Project Online.
