Interview process: Inperson technical/particle rounds (2 rounds) Work Model: Onsite 5 days Duration: 6 months About the Role: Our client is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to support a major data and reporting initiative within their Wealth analytics environment. This contractor will design, develop, and enhance enterprise reporting products using Power BI, Tableau, and Azure Databricks . The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on technical expertise, meticulous attention to detail, ownership mindset, and the ability to translate business needs into high-quality BI deliverables. This is a highly collaborative, detail-driven role supporting a key special project with significant business impact. Responsibilities MustHave Responsibilities: Design, build, and enhance reporting products including dashboards, visualizations, scorecards, and standardized reporting assets Work endtoend from data querying in Databricks data validation dashboard/report creation QC/testing release Ensure strong reporting quality, KPI consistency, and robust data validation Develop and optimize complex Power BI dashboards, data models, and DAX expressions Support large datasets through SQL and PySpark transformations in Azure Databricks Partner with internal stakeholders to translate reporting needs into scalable BI solutions Maintain strong documentation and contribute to BI standards Operate with ownership, deliver highquality outputs, and meet target deadlines Experience 5+ years handson experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics roles Strong experience with Azure Databricks, SQL, PySpark (large dataset manipulation, validation, optimization) Tableau Experience Experience building dashboards for enterprise use Experience delivering within collaborative, fast-paced team environments Skillsets Must Have: Azure Databricks (SQL & PySpark) Tableau, Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboarding, optimization) Data validation, QC/QA Strong communication skills Strong attention to detail Ownership & accountability Education Bachelors Degree in Technology, Business, Finance, or related field Equivalent hands-on experience considered About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent ondemand and total workforce solutions.
