Overview We are seeking a Senior Developer (C# / .NET / SQL) to join our team, with a strong emphasis on SQL development and data-driven application work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working deeply with data, complex queries, and backend systems, while also contributing to application development using C# and .NET. You will be working on designing, building, and optimizing solutions where SQL is a critical component of performance and functionality. What Youll Do Design and develop backend solutions using C# and .NET Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models Analyze and improve database performance, indexing, and query execution plans Work with large datasets to support reporting, integrations, and business logic Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity and accuracy Contribute to system architecture with a strong focus on data flow and database design What Were Looking For 5+ years of experience in software development (open to strong 3+ year candidates) Some front-end experience (React, Angular, etc.) is preferred but not required Strong hands-on SQL expertise (critical requirement): Writing complex queries (joins, subqueries, CTEs) Performance tuning and optimization Stored procedures and database design Strong proficiency in: C# .NET Experience working with data-heavy applications or systems Strong communication skills with client-facing experience We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
