Job Summary In this role, you will be part of the Garage Brand Marketing team reporting to the Team Lead Brand Marketing Garage and play a pivotal role in launching our brand presence in the UK as well as bringing to life Garages brand moments. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape in North America and the UK; Develop and execute annual and seasonal marketing strategies to support UK market entry; Own the UK retail marketing calendar, ensuring alignment of messaging and timing across all touchpoints; Plan and execute high-impact brand moments in North America, ensuring on-time delivery and flawless execution; Manage product ordering and allocation for brand activations, launches, and special events; Build compelling business cases to support investment in brand moments and activation; Work closely with the Brand team to align weekly content cadence across owned, paid and earned channels, ensuring consistent, brand-aligned messaging across all media; Track KPIs and performance for brand moments and 360 initiatives; Analyze results, identify insights, and make recommendations for optimization; Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and brand partners for brand moments and partnership initiatives. Qualifications University degree in Marketing or a related field; Proven experience in brand marketing for retail, ideally including store openings, pop-ups, or large-scale experiential activations; 3+ years of related work experience; Understanding of the UK retail market; Deep understanding of UK consumer behavior, media landscape, and cultural trends, with experience adapting global brand strategies to local markets; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite; Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented; English or French is required for daily communication with buyers, suppliers, employees, stakeholders, both within and outside of Quebec.
