Job Summary The Inside Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting corporate partners, dealers, and internal teams by managing communication, organizing workflows, and ensuring accurate and timely responses across all channels. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing an excellent partner and customer experience. The ideal candidate brings a proactive mindset, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. Compensation Salary range: $55,000-65,000 (all-inclusive) Key Responsibilities Deliver professional, solution-focused support to customers, dealers, and OEM partners across multiple channels (email, phone, CRM, portals). Take ownership of customer and partner inquiries from intake through resolution, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-through. Investigate and resolve concerns with accuracy, professionalism, and a focus on long-term satisfaction. Build and maintain a strong working knowledge of TuxMat products to effectively support customers and internal teams. Process orders, forms, partner requests, and data entry with high accuracy and adherence to internal workflows. Collaborate cross-functionally to gather information, resolve inquiries, and support smooth operational execution. Support Corporate Relations Managers with reporting, CRM updates, partner onboarding, and dealer/OEM outreach initiatives. Assist with preparation of partner reports, outreach tracking, scheduling vehicle access for scans or test fits, and maintaining accurate records. Monitor and manage Corporate Relations inboxes, responding to routine requests and escalating complex items as appropriate. Identify opportunities to improve service and operational processes and share recommendations that enhance efficiency and service quality. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a customer service, partner support, operations support, or administrative coordination role. Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally. Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in work. Ability to manage competing priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable learning and working within multiple systems and tools. Strong sense of accountability and reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with others. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience supporting dealer networks, OEM partners, or B2B customer relationships. Familiarity with CRM tools such as SellerCloud or similar platforms. Experience preparing reports, tracking metrics, or supporting performance summaries.
