The therapist will assess and evaluate client needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and perform professional massage therapy services. Tasks include maintaining accurate client records, educating clients on wellness techniques, and collaborating with other health practitioners to provide integrated care. You will play a vital role in supporting clients in their recovery, performance enhancement, and overall health journey. Qualifications Proficiency in various massage therapy techniques, including therapeutic, deep tissue, and relaxation massage Ability to assess client needs and create tailored treatment plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate and build trust with clients Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for integrated patient care Current registration and good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) Strong record-keeping and attention to detail for maintaining accurate client records Commitment to providing patient-centered care and fostering a welcoming environment Experience working with athletic or rehabilitation-focused clientele is an asset
