At Plative, we put people first and move fast. Were looking for a Contract Recruiter who can jump in, take ownership, and make an immediate impact. This role is all about execution. Youll own roles end-to-end, build strong pipelines quickly, and partner closely with our hiring leaders to bring top talent into the business. This is a 3-month contract, 40-hour/wk role based in EST time zone. What Youll Do Own full-cycle recruiting from kickoff through offer and close Source and engage top Salesforce and NetSuite talent, tapping into your existing network and building new pipelines Run recruiter screens that go beyond the resume to assess true fit Drive candidates through the process with urgency while creating a strong, thoughtful candidate experience Partner closely with hiring managers to align on profiles, calibrate quickly, and keep momentum high Lead offer creation and negotiations, helping us land top talent Keep pipelines organized and up to date in Greenhouse ATS Continuously look for ways to improve speed, quality, and how we show up in the market What Were Looking For Proven experience owning full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment Strong sourcing skills and the ability to build pipelines quickly from scratch An existing network in the Salesforce and/or NetSuite ecosystem that you can activate immediately Experience hiring both full-time and contract talent Ability to manage multiple roles at once without dropping the ball Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with hiring leaders Comfortable operating independently and taking full ownership of your roles Experience with Greenhouse is a plus How Youll Embody Our Core Values At Plative, our core values shape how we work, collaborate, and grow.
